REFERRAL PROGRAM POLICY

A. General Conditions

In all matters relating to the administration of the Referral Program shall be in our sole discretion. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, change or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part; to modify, limit or suspend referral discounts or the use thereof in any respect; to modify or change redemption procedures, including the savings required for a particular reward. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel your Credits (defined below) and/or your Referral Program participation, in our sole discretion, if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this Referral Policy, the Terms of Service, the Sale and Rental Agreement, or any applicable law, or if you earn a Credit, discount, or referral via deception, forgery, fraud, or commit any other abuse of the Referral Program. We may make these changes at any time, even if such changes may affect the value of discounts already accumulated. B. Eligibility

The Modern Mom Style Box Referral Program is open to all Referrals (defined below) who reside in the United States, are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation, and have not previously been a Modern Mom Style Box member. By joining and participating in the Modern Mom Style Box Referral Program, you represent that you agree to the terms and conditions of this Referral Policy and the Terms of Service. Please note that if you cancel your Modern Mom Style Box membership, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

C. How to Participate in the Referral Program

To participate in the Referral Program as a referrer (“Referrer,” “you” or “your”), go to http://www.modernmomstylebox.com/ and, using the format(s) provided, invite your friends, family, and colleagues (your “Referrals”) by sharing your personal referral link or sending a Modern Mom Style Box-generated email to join and subscribe to a Modern Mom Style Box membership at http://www.modernmomstylebox.com/ (each, an “Invitation”). Only Referrals who have not previously held a Modern Mom Style Box membership as determined by us in our sole discretion: (i) qualify to use the discount code (the “Discount”) provided in your Invitation; and/or (ii) will receive an email Invitation if you select the email Invitation format provided. The Invitation will identify you (including your email address) as the person who referred the Referral to Modern Mom Style Box, and will include a Discount on the Referral’s membership (as provided in our Sale and Rental Agreement). In addition to email match, we reserve the right to employ other techniques to confirm that your Referral has not previously been a Modern Mom Style Box member.

D. Expiration Periods

The Invitation and Discount will expire one (1) year after the date the Invitation is sent. Invitations communicated on social media may remain up on social media, however, the Discount may expire and/or change at any time in our sole discretion. To redeem a Discount, Referrals must click the link sent to the Referral by the Referrer and make a purchase at http://www.modernmomstylebox.com/. The Discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Once a Referral joins Modern Mom Style Box and remains a member for thirty (30) consecutive days, the Referrer will be notified that the Referral has joined as a Modern Mom Style Box member and will receive a subscription credit (a “Credit”) http://www.modernmomstylebox.com/ that will be applied to the Referrer’s membership fee. The Discount and Invitation provided to your Referral may expire and/or change at any time in Modern Mom Style Box’s sole discretion.

E. Modern Mom Style Box Credit and Other Incentives Terms

Credits and Discounts earned under the Referral Program have no cash value, are not transferable and may not be assigned, auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. We reserve the right to revoke and/or modify Credits if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in relation to the Referral Program (e.g., using spam to obtain referrals, acquiring referrals through unsolicited emails to people unknown to you, etc.). You cannot earn a Credit for referring yourself. Credits will not be earned for a friend who was previously a member of Modern Mom Style Box under any email address or alias. We reserve the right to limit the maximum number of Credits that may be applied to your account. We may, from time to time, offer customers complimentary bonuses, gifts, or partner promotions. Any such promotions are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed under this Referral Policy. Credit(s) earned through the Referral Program cannot be applied toward any amount of any of the following: sales tax, shipping costs, donations, or purchases of Gift Memberships or purchases of Products. Other exclusions may apply. We may add or delete non-qualifying items in our sole and absolute discretion. Lost, stolen or destroyed Credits and Discounts will not be replaced. We are not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of Credits and/or Discounts, due to a change of email address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

F. Marketing

The information you provide as a member of the Referral Program will be managed by us as described in our Privacy Policy, located here: Privacy Policy. By participating in the Referral Program, you to agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from us. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking on the opt-out link in the bottom of any of the emails and following the instructions.
